At Kubest Academy, we aim to provide high-quality training, eBooks, and complete student satisfaction. Please read this refund policy carefully before enrolling in courses or purchasing eBooks.
✅ Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The course or eBook has not been accessed, and the student requests cancellation within 3 days of purchase/enrollment.
- Kubest Academy cancels or postpones a course or eBook release due to internal reasons.
❌ No Refund Applicable
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- The student has attended classes, accessed course content, or downloaded eBooks.
- The student fails to attend classes or use purchased eBooks due to personal reasons.
- The student changes course/eBook interest after purchase.
- The student fails to complete the course.
- The course or eBook has already been accessed.
🔁 Rescheduling / Batch Shift (Courses Only)
Instead of a refund, students may request:
- Batch change
- Course rescheduling
(Subject to availability and approval)
Note: eBook purchases cannot be rescheduled or exchanged.
💰 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
- Any transaction charges or platform fees are non-refundable.
